Port-of-call: Libretel’s flat-rate incoming 1-800 service

Leonardo has a note about Port Of Call, the service from one of Jeff Pulver’s companies. I’ve actually used PoC to retrieve voice mail when I’m in London from my CallVantage Voice Mail service. It works as advertised. Just remember when using a cell phone to have DTMF turned on.
