A white paper highlighting the benefits of managed and hosted VoIP for the Small and Medium sized business came out today from Bandwidth.com.
The paper, which identifies Level3 as the underlying carrier points out that businesses can manage VoIP rollouts for $30.00 per seat. This clearly points to what I have been thinking for some time, that the sweet spot for VoIP per user is somewhere between $19.95 a month and $35.00 based on service offerings.
While the white paper is obviously a thinly masked “buy from us” document, it remains a good read and an excellent primer for business owners looking to make a decision on Covad, Speakeasy, CallTower or even their RBOC’s VoIP packages.
