Dialpad Launches Unlimited Calling to the U.S. and Canada for $11.99 Per Month: DialpadUSA
This is a very interesting approach, and as far as I can tell, a first for the VoIP industry. Basically, the outbound calling function is on DialPad, while the inbound calls come in over the PSTN that is part of the DSL package.
