I don’t know about you, but I have at least one Skype call a day these days, and it usually is either to someone international or someone who is nomadic (moving from place to place) who has too many ways to be reached, but isn’t always available. I get to who I want because of the IM set up. Chat first. Call second. No voicemail tag.
