Wi-Fi Networking News: Stuck in the Las Vegas Airport? No VoIP or IM for You

This is why I ducked out of Las Vegas when I did. Even so, it took me five hours to get home in San Diego with delays. While the lines weren’t long at Security, the lines at the hotel for a cab were. Fortunately, I found a car service, paid the man and got to the airport in five minutes.

Being able to anticipate delays is part of being a veteran traveler. I also brought along my Sprint PCS card and my PDA on Broadband Access from Verizon. While Jeff and others were troubled by the Airport’s WiFi (which is brutal) I was staying connected.
