A lot has happened this past week in Canada via the CRTC regarding VoIP.
Pal Jon Arnold has the scoop. From my perspective it appears the Great White North may become a hotbed for VoIP experimentation as the US’s FCC seems to be heading in the direction of over regulation after starting out the year from a hands off perspective.
Between Arnold and Mark Evans, the Canadian coverage is just about as good as it gets!
E911 is not the reason to jump into regulation guys.
