Jeff is in Israel this week for an event he spearheaded to recognize the role Israel has played with VoIP. He also seemed to find time to come up with the Travelers Technology Rights list.
I’m in full agreement with him. I recently had an experience in a hotel I had stayed in before where the service was great the first trip and suffered the second. The hotel was kind enough to not charge for the broadband, and promised to fix it.
