As more and more articles appear about why people switch to VoIP I get excited. Here’s an industry publication in the trucking sector pointing out a company’s rationale for switching to VoIP.
I suspect someone will make it real easy to make the jump and eliminate all the perceived and real hurdles, and those reasons will be more than just price and all geared around ease of use, features and benefits. It needs to be plug and play, not plug and pray.
