The more and more I talk with executives in the VoIP space, including those who have Vonage as customers or are Vonage customers (simply to monitor their service) the more I hear Vonage bashing.

Basically in the time i’ve had a Vonage account I have not seen anything really new come from them. All the features I have today seem to be the same features that they offered when the got the bulk of the early adopters, and those are all basic features.
