RBOC QWEST will start to feel the pressure of VoIP on multiple fronts as Comcast begins to ramp up VoIP efforts nationwide.
When Comcast acquired the old AT&T Cable Network (formerly TCI) it was one of the oldest and least modernized cable plants around. Over the past two years or so Comcast has attempted to bring their entire network up to date though users I know still report problems.
