Yesterday Jeff Pulver and Tom Evslin issued their version of a 911 call filing a petition that is designed to dramatically reduce what long term outages mean to the public during and after Katrina like natural disasters.
The petition is all about getting the FCC, which under Chaiman Martin has been less IP Voice friendly than under Chairman Powell.
Pulver and Evslin, both members of last fall’s VON Blogger Panel, deserve to be commended for taking the lead…
