Bully for Ken Camp. He’s joined the same camp (pun intended) as me on the subject of SPIT (spam over Internet Telephony).
Ever since I saw the first press release i ever read on the subject I have felt it was a dubious matter, only being flogged by the software comapnies (so far I can think of three) that seem to use the Chicken Little approach to news, telling us SPIT is about to rain down on us.
Yet, now some months since the first time I heard this aberration of what will be, I have yet to see any of it arise (and that’s not because anyone has deployed Anti-Spit that I know of).
No Ken has really nailed it.
