I’ve actually advised clients to steer clear of the issue for now because I beleive the facts and powers behind the who issue are not as tacitly visible. There are economic, political, technical and financial factors at play behind the NOT neutrality movement that is clearly at work here.
In my view one has to go beyond borders and geo-political bounderies and see what is really happening before taking a public position on the subject as a lot more is at play than meets the eye.
