If the Vonage customers keep bailing then the stock will keep tumbling. If they give the service away to keep customers, the stock will fall due to lost revenue.
This is a catch 22 situation that needs to be corrected. Knee jerk reactions are not hw to accomplish this. Smart, savvy corporate messaging and positioning is needed and VONAGE is in trouble in that regard, not because they don’t have the right advisors, but because the leadership is likely not following the sound advise they have been offered in the past.
Vonage is in this position due to a myriad of mistakes made over time. And only time can possible restore Vonage to glory.
