I fully agree with his closing comment about Vonage being the market maker. Unfortunately Vonage has done very little new since their launch five or six years back. They have not innovated, ideated or incubated any new services that give a person who was an early adopter like me a reason to stay with them.
The same applies to AT&T, SunRocket, Broadvoice, etc., but at least they have started with a more feature rich platform.
