The report from TeleGeography shows that cable is winning the VoIP War hands down.
This has to be great news for Level3 and Sprint as the two companies provide much of the bandwidth to the cable companies, but are the main players in Voice Traffic vs. AT&T who despite their voice legacy, move most of the heavy traffic for the MSOs.
