Client Craig Walker at GrandCentral, a service I use everyday, has made a noble gesture of sorts, thanking Vonage for being the fire starter for VoIP.
In many ways he’s right. Vonage served as the category breaker. Unfortunately they are not managing their success the right way, and never really have. I also tend to agree with Craig’s assessment on their future.
