Can’t say anyone is surprised. In my view it will only be a matter of time for the big G to roll out additional features. Google has audience. For starters if they simply connect callers to pizza parlors, airlines and flower shops they will make a killing, with the receiving party paying for the calls in the form of a percentage of the order versus the ad or the call.
