It looks like Mitel and Newbridge founder and telecom legend Terry Matthews has become Chairman of the Board of Counterpath, the soft client leader in VoIP.
The change in leadership came about as part of CounterPath buying a WesleyClover company called NewHeights that cleared all hurdles this week.
