I’m a very happy SureWest customer in my Sacramento second home. While my wife uses that as her primary residence during the week, and I end up there some weekends each month, we have both been overjoyed since switching from Comcast to SureWest to their all fiber network.
We have 50 megs in both directions and some of the nicest customer service experiences ever. They’re polite, knowledgeable and FAST when it comes to doing things, and they do it right from the start.
Now they’ve added Digital Voice. I already asked my wife to add the service. No questions asked.
