If you ever take a look at the goals and directions of Apple and Google, you’ll see strands of connections at every turn. Both look at the cloud as the key. Why else would Apple have such a working relationship with GMail yet still not work well with Exchange after 8 months of an open support ticket that my Exchange hosting company has and which I also have since the arrival of Leopard. Sure I can IMAP and use Entourage but Apple Mail is not really friendly with Exchange any longer. I’m betting that with the release of the iPhone for the Enterprise that the problem may likely go away.
