It looks like the EU is gearing up to battle the GSM carrier cartel across the continent with a broad sweeping ban on the blocking of VoIP over 3G.
This would be huge news for companies like Skype and Truphone, and given the rumors of Skype being for sale, change the groundrules, as eBay would be sitting on a goldmine if this passes.
