Ever since some friends got me into the wine world I've been a BYOB type. Why? It's all about the collection baby. Once you assemble a wine collection, you don't just have it to look at. You want to enjoy and share it.

I happen to agree with all seven, and can't find fault with a one. The only suggestion I have is to those folks foolish enough to show up with "Two Buck Chuck" or "Salmon Creek" expect to get charged the price of the most expensive wine on the list….
