Last night at Murano in London the wine of the night was the
2010 J.J. Prum Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Auslese. The lovely orange and lime citrus flavors, all encased in a delightful honey on the mouthfeel made it delightful. Prum for years has been one of the Mosel region’s star producers and the 2010 release shows they have not skipped a beat.
This is a wine to age and lay down as it is very precocious today.
