The folks at Skype keep their slow roll going of getting the new version, 4.0 into production. Stage two of their beta is out, but remember, it’s Windows only.
Since I’m a Mac user most of the time, I can only report on this by saying, read the CNET review and watch for one from an expert like Jim Courtney who runs windows.
