Over the past week I have received written complaints from customers or former Vonage customers citing a recurring pattern of how they are handling questions, plan changes, payments and cancellations. None are pretty. Normally I would try to help by reaching out to Vonage, but their people have their hands full.
You see, there is the AT&T patent suit that made the news yesterday.
With unhappy customers, shareholders and competitors one has to wonder which leak will get plugged first (or last.)
Andy, with Vonages’s problems, and this latest at&t lawsuit, what is your prognosis of their future? Will they survive or is this the end?

Vonage will survive somehow, but not in their present form. Two million customers is a user base that will be attractive to someone.
