I landed in Sweden and had phone service. But the Blackberry doesn’t seem to be working. I mean it has telephone connectivity but the data side seems to be in a state of where it’s not seeing anything remotely resembling the BlackBerry network….
After three calls to T-Mobile, all I could learn was they had an unusually high call volume for the middle of the night in Seattle.
When I finally got through a smart staff USA based support person at T-Mobile’s Data Group, she instructed me to take my battery out and chat with her for a few minutes. I reinstalled the battery and within a minute or two all was back to normal.
