I really enjoyed the Peripheral Visionaries conference and being on a panel (even if it was hard to get a word in edgewise at times.)
The cross section of speakers, views and attitude (not to mention attire) made for a great event. Besides the Herding Cats were playing and that’s worth the trip.
What I realized is we as bloggers and industry leaders have much to do to educate beyond what already is known. We have to bring to light new and different technologies and explain how those new inventions are relevant to the publics at large.
