When In Germany….Do It Their Way

Taking some license with the phrase “When in Rome” I would say AOL is working global but thinking local when it comes to their VoIP approach. Looking at this account, which is more a news release, it would seem AOL’s global strategy is to work with market leaders, country by country to build out their VoIP residential service.
That’s smart for the locals know how the PTTs operate and where the land-mines may be buried.
