The Boston Globe, one of the better newspapers in the USA has a story about Comcast’s new offering, but unlike so many others it actually points out the shortcomings. No voicemail to email (but you can get it via a web browser)..who wants to use an answering machine or always have to call in to get your message. Oh, and before you forget, Comcast also carries a TV shopping network called HSN don’t they. I guess they have a bunch of analog answering machines in stock even though as VoIP Dude pointed out to me in an email and thus the update.
