This is truly FUD. Maybe it works in Hong Kong, but it won’t fly here.
VoIP causing outages. Okay. An so do routers. Sleeping engineers. Rats chewing up cables. Or just someone pulling the plug out. Does anyone really beleive that this is all PCCW being asleep at the switch and letting competitors out the door before they could move? I think so.
