At Les Halles de Lyon de Paul Bocuse you can eat and drink to your heart's content. In one afternoon I had Oysters in one place, hanger steak and bone marrow at another and cheese at at third, each time washing the courses down with wines from top producers, all available by the glass.
The experience, which was my third visit to Les Halles in the past few years was so memorable and authentic that I almost wanted to cancel all my other lunch and dinner reservations. Then I remembered, I'm in Lyon….
