In San Diego we have inclubator EvoNexus, home to client Independa, while the Bay Area has places like Plug N' Play Tech Center, Y Combinator and other startup accelerator venues that provide a very vibrant development scene. But one that has caught my eye is the Summit, which was featured in the San Francisco Chronicle this week.
Part coffee house, part accelerator, the Summit brings hip and cool to the concept of communal workspaces and human interaction and comes from a rapidly expanding accelerator group named i/o Ventures.
Neat idea and one that should catch on in more places.
