Juniper Research has issued a report on the expected growth of VoIP and drawn some conclusions.
While most are obvious to those in the VoIP industry (i.e. space) the call for the need for standards and to me, interoperability is the most important. Sure service offerings that are bundled (i.e. phone, email, internet access etc.) are likely to be market drivers, but the need for standards that allow anyone to talk to anyone, anywhere is what will really spur growth.
