I really do think global, which is why when I saw today’s Financial Times I was overjoyed that I could feature a non-USA based IP player. Little did I know I would be able to feature two.
On Instant is going after the business market. They actually will roll out a consumer model shortly, called On4. Both are targeting the UK market with global termination working from a PC interface.
The second comapny, Gossiptel sounds a lot like SIPphone right down to the same softphone client and a SIP adapter.
With both services rolling out, BT (British Telecom) will start to see minutes migrating away.

Apart from Gossiptel, I also noticed http://www.voiptalk.org. I think they’ve been around since January 2004 and they do have a lot of stuff related to VoIP.
From what I saw they look to be from the UK.
