My experience with Vonage has been hit or miss. For example in December I wrote up my experience of using Vonage as a travel accessory and sent it to them via their web site/newsletter. End result. It never reached PR queen Brooke Schulz at Vonage. When I saw her @ CES she was stunned, as it was a glowing endorsement and one she said she would have used.
Bottome line, at the end of the day, Vonage is doing all they can to get customers, but a weaker job at keeping them.
I really feel that Vonage needs to lower the price of the box. It is kind of pricy at $78.00. Right now our Best Buy is doing a deal where it is $78.00 out of store and you get like a $50.00 rebate so the final cost is only $29.00. I have been concidering going Vonage too.
