Expect this to be a very hot market. There is a lot of IT in South Africa, and while many parts of the country are impoverished, there is a high degree of commerce in that country. Now post aparthide the export market is important to the country. Being able to use VoIP will open up many new communications doors for the entreprenurial business owners there. Given the low cost of labor and now the low cost of VoIP, South Africa could become a rival to India one day in the future.
