I like the cautionary tone the story takes, especially at the end. It’s nice to see research that presents both sides in an era of hype…oh, that was the 90s….

the article must be OLD if they are using 115K users of VONAGE and 400,000 users of SKYPE———that was about 6 months ago I beleive!!!
