    QWEST a ”’competitor???????? They aint got enough money to buy their own employees pager batteries for their own Qwest Pagers!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!

  2. vonage customer service sucks….
    I’ve been waiting 6 months for a number transfer…
    called at least 10 times and email at least 5 and no evidence it will ever happen…
    anyone know what to do…

  3. I have had vonage for about 8 months now. Their customer service sucks.I cant imagine they will be able to survive in the market long with this kind of service. I dont have problem with their local call quality , but their international call quality is really bad. I complained several times but they could not fix it. I am finally switching to POTS and calling cards.
