BON.net is not a new company it has been around for a number of years. BON.net has though produced a new product to be launched under the name of Babble.
Babble does indeed offer FREE PC to fixedline calls (UK, USA, Europe,Canada,Australia and New Zealand, FREE PC to PC calls and fixedline to PC calls. It also offer SMS and IM too!!

SMS? No it doesn’t. The current version of the software says: “Coming Soon”.
AKA – it doesn’t offer SMS.
