I’ll tell you this. There is an awful lot of IP and Patents floating around that were registered by many of the software companies from the dot.bomb era that may hold keys to the future of IP Telephony. I wonder what is happening to those assets? Do they fall to the VC’s who usually end up with the rights, or do they get sold off to companies like Acacia who only sue to protect their assets?
