Let’s play connect the dots.
Last month a report out of Israel had Jeff Pulver investing in VocalTec. What I hear from sources close to the Pulver camp is that Jeff will come in when others come in, and he’s given that commitment.
Then there is Vonage, which Pulver actually helped start, and with whom he remains a shareholder, even if he keeps getting diluted down in every round.
Now, look at the scenario that someone posted on Broadband Reports. As crazy as it sounds, I think it’s a lot more logical than the Bell South rumor to be buying Vonage.
