I got tipped off to this concept earlier in the month and have been anxiously waiting for the announcement that was due later today.
The idea of a “federation” of the major players in VoIP banding together is a very good one. It means that standards, consistent messaging, broader understanding and great good should occur.
But forming something like this is one thing. Now the leaders have to really make something happen as it’s about “deeds, not words.”
