I’ve been playing around with a few “minute stealing” concepts of late including Jajah who just raised a boatload of cash from Intel and a new startup out of Montreal called MobiVox.
While Jajah is widely known, Mobivox is just getting known after being around for about a year under the name of VoxLib.
What I like about the Mobivox offering is the use of the IVR for calling and the easy integration with Skype. Now I can call my Skype buddies who are online from the mobile anywhere and not have to use anything but my mobile or landline.
In many ways the approach is a lot like Webley, a service I have used for years so naturally, I like MobiVox.
A key system has telephony with multiple buttons that permit the user to directly select the telephony company’s central office phone lines. A key telephony system is not a switch.
