Tom Keating reports on AIM Call Out which looks and acts very much like Jajah to me. Some well placed sources lead me to believe it may be a private label version.

Andy, just to clarify some information in your blog….AIM Call Out isn’t a private label version of AIM Phoneline, it’s a separate outbound-only product offering pay-as-you-go billing. It also includes a feature called WebConnect that allows you to bridge two PSTN lines (a la Jajah), plus many of the other AIM Phoneline features like full call logs, Address Book integration, click-to-call from your dashboard, etc.
Thanks, Andy for mentioning AIM Call Out which is in a very early soft launch. This new feature of AIM builds upon the free PC to PC calling that is built in to AIM, adding low-cost, pay-as-you-go international calling both through softphone and “Web Connect” using two phones.
All of this is built in-house by the AOL Voice team. Folks can check it out at http://call.aim.com
