Mike at TechDirt has a very good post on the dunderhead approach to innovation at the global telcos. I call it “roadblocking” based on what he’s written and I also go one step farther to say he’s right.
Rather than follow in the inventive forward thinking spirit of the inventor of the phone, Alexander Graham Bell, the telcos choose to make life more difficult for new ideas to come to light and be delivered every day. It is just silly. Instead of embracing the future they live in the past. Maybe its time to to back to the future.
