Ken Camp is rapidly becoming a publishing powerhouse about all things in the Unified Communications front. His skills and real world experience are clearly showing, and as he matures as a writer, he’s also knowing when to put himself in, and more importantly, when to take himself out of the story.
His recap of what is up at GrandCentral and how it works is a must read. While my views are different on some points, what I’m happiest the most about is that some of the suggested product improvements I made to GC’s braintrust are being implemented so quickly.
Clearly Vincent and Craig are listening and taking feedback from the blogosphere to heart to make a great service offering better. It would have been easy to rest on their laurels, but they didn’t.
I can’t wait for some of these new features to go live on my account!!!!!
