I didn’t get excited about the AOL story in LightReading because to me it was old news. Back in March at VON when I briefed with AOL under embargo (I tend to respect those things) I knew their roadmap fairly well. While the timing was a month or so longer than I expected I’m more than hopeful that the briefings from AOL next week at VON will yield more than that in the way of NEWS.
Given the AOL possible sale stories I wonder if what I’m told even will matter.
