Seems Boingo has a problem in the UK. They can’t activate new users who live there.
That’s got to be a problem in light of their Skype deal of earlier this week.

My guess is it has to do with the carrier in the UK preferring to have the subscriber count, not the roughly $1.50 per session Boingo reportedly pays operators because in the long run it’s subscriber count that impacts valuation
