DeltaThree Rolling To Keep Up With SBC?

Last week DeltaThree did a deal with SBC, this week it’s with XO for added network capacity. Now that SBC is merging with AT&T, does SBC need DeltaThree anymore? What do all these deals mean then if their is no traffic…hmmmm..Won’t AT&T’s network work for SBC?
